Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

1.1ATW.GG runs atw.gg and the ATW.GG Discord server, and decides how the personal data in this policy is used.

2. What We Collect

2.1When you order: the products, amounts and prices, your RSN, the delivery method, your order ID and the payment method.

2.2Your email address: when you buy an account, so we can send you a link to your order and tell you when your payment is confirmed; and when you order gold or items without signing in with Discord, so we can reach you about that order if you leave the chat.

2.3When you sign in with Discord: your Discord ID, username, display name and avatar. You also let us add you to our Discord server.

2.4When you use our rewards: your points, spins, rewards, roles, referral code, referrals and vouches.

2.5When you contact us: your Live Chat messages, Discord ticket messages and emails.

2.6When you pay in crypto: the receiving address, the amount and the transaction ID. These are public on the blockchain.

2.7When you order a service: the game login details you send to your worker.

2.8When you visit: your IP address, browser, device, the pages you view, the ad or link that brought you, and the cookies in section 5.

2.9With some payment methods, we may ask you to confirm a payment is yours, for example with a photo of your ID. We use the photo only for that check and delete it once the check is done.

2.10Otherwise, a payment made in a Discord ticket goes through the provider you choose, and we see only what that provider shows us.

3. Why We Use It

3.1To take, deliver and support your order, and to run our rewards. Legal basis: our contract with you.

3.2To prevent fraud, protect accounts and handle disputes and chargebacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.

3.3To measure and improve our site and our ads. Legal basis: your consent where the law requires it, otherwise our legitimate interests.

3.4To keep the records the law requires. Legal basis: legal obligation.

3.5We do not sell your personal data, and we make no automated decisions about you that have legal effects.

4. Who Receives It

4.1Our staff and workers, each only what their task needs. Your game login goes only to the worker on your order.

4.2These providers, each under its own privacy policy:

4.2.1Cloudflare, which hosts and protects our site, sends our order emails, counts visits without cookies and runs the security check in clause 5.8;

4.2.2Discord, for sign-in, our server and our tickets;

4.2.3tawk.to, for Live Chat;

4.2.4Google, for Google Analytics and for measuring and personalizing our Google ads;

4.2.5Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use our pages, such as clicks and scrolling, with typed text hidden;

4.2.6the providers that host our Discord rewards system and our email.

4.3Blockchain networks, where crypto payments are public.

4.4Authorities, when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

5.1Our own cookies keep you signed in: atw_session lasts 30 days, and atw_state lasts 10 minutes during sign-in. The site needs them to work.

5.2Your browser keeps your cart and order forms for 3 days (atw_cart), so your order is there when you come back. It also keeps your cookie choice for 1 year (atw_consent). If you order as a guest, it keeps your email until you close the tab (atw_email), so we don’t ask again.

5.3When you open Live Chat, tawk.to sets cookies so it keeps your conversation.

5.4Google sets cookies such as _ga (up to 2 years) and _gcl_au (90 days) to measure visits and ad results. Microsoft Clarity sets _clck (1 year) and _clsk (1 day). These providers may collect data about your visits over time and across other websites.

5.5If you visit from the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, the cookies in clause 5.4 run only after you accept them. Our cookie banner asks first. Elsewhere they run until you turn them off.

5.6If you visit from the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page changes your choice at any time. Anywhere, your browser settings can block cookies too.

5.7Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. To turn off the cookies in clause 5.4, use Cookie Settings where it shows, or your browser settings.

5.8When you press Sign in, Cloudflare may show its security check page to confirm that a person, not an automated program, is signing in. It looks at your browser and device for that check only, and sets a cookie (cf_clearance) so it does not ask again for a while. Signing in needs it to work.

6. How Long We Keep It

6.1Order and payment records: 3 years after the order, for disputes and fraud checks.

6.2Live Chat and ticket messages: 12 months.

6.3Rewards records: while you use our rewards, then 12 months after your last activity.

6.4Game login details: your worker deletes them when the service ends. Change your password then, as our Terms of Service require.

6.5Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics and up to 13 months in Microsoft Clarity.

6.6We keep data longer only when an open dispute or the law requires it.

7. Your Rights

7.1You can ask us to show, correct, delete or send you a copy of your data, to stop using it, or to withdraw a consent.

7.2Email support@atw.gg. We reply within 30 days.

7.3To confirm it is you, we may ask you to write from the Discord account or email linked to your order.

7.4Clause 6.6 decides what we may still need to keep.

7.5If you live in the UK or the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

8. Where Data Goes

8.1Our providers process data in the United States and other countries, under their own transfer safeguards.

9. Age

9.1Our services are for people 18 or older. If we learn we hold data about someone younger, we delete it.

10. Security

10.1Our site uses HTTPS, and your sign-in cookie is signed so nobody can change it.

10.2Our site holds no private keys to our crypto wallets.

10.3No system is perfectly secure. If you notice a problem, email support@atw.gg.

11. Changes

11.1We post every new version here with its version number and date.

11.2A change to how we use your data takes effect 14 days after we post it here and in our Discord.
