Yes. We create the Jagex Account and the character, and our team trains it. Nobody owned the account before us, so there’s no earlier owner who can recover it.

It depends on the network. Solana, Tron, BNB Smart Chain and Polygon usually take about a minute. Ethereum and Litecoin take about 15 minutes, and Bitcoin and Base about 20 to 25. Bitcoin can take up to an hour when it’s busy. The page updates by itself while it waits, and the account stays held for you.
